These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and z789 ("z789", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of all services offered at z789.im, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, fishing arcade games, and all associated account, cashier, and support services.

Each player is permitted to hold one active z789 account only. Operating multiple accounts, whether using the same or different identity details, is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and all balances forfeited.

All account balances on z789 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). z789 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• HBL — bank transfer timelines apply for withdrawals.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the z789 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any z789 content without prior written consent.
• Use the z789 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any context without authorisation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any z789 software or game.
• Create derivative works based on z789 content or platform features.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, z789's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their z789 account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

z789 is not liable for any of the following, even if z789 was advised of the possibility of such losses:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.

In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms breach, z789 reserves the right to forfeit the account balance without refund.

In the event of a dispute between you and z789, the following process applies:

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws. z789 is committed to fair, transparent dispute resolution and will cooperate fully with any regulatory review process.
